We had a great experience with Meraki tents from start to finish. The owner was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The setup was done efficiently and exactly as promised. Everything looked great. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Even after the tent was set up, I kept reaching out with questions some of them were probably a bit repetitive or annoying but he always took the time to answer them patiently and thoroughly.It's hard to find companies that continue providing great customer service after the job is done, and that really made a positive impression on me.Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable tent rental company.

Very unprofessional. They blocked a road where there’s a raised island in the middle and grown men argued with a woman about moving the truck up just so I could get around it. Their answer? “We have work to do”. They can do their work and still be kind and also abide by the laws but they WERENT. Very rude. Very disrespectful.
