The customer service was excellent — honest, helpful, and always willing to provide different options and recommendations.The tent itself was absolutely beautiful, very well put together, and the overall aesthetics were stunning. Azaad was incredibly helpful throughout the process and even gave us decor recommendations, which ended up being the company we chose to go with as well.What truly stood out was how patient and approachable Azaad was. Every question we had was answered happily and professionally, never once making us feel like a burden or nuisance. That level of customer service made the entire experience so much less stressful.We would absolutely use Meraki Tents again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and beautiful event setup.

Hey Meraki Tents, your idiot van driver is at it again. Doesn’t look like you addressed the problem in response to a previous review. If you did, it didn’t work. White van, license plate VT 8508 driven at a very high rate of speed, well over 140 km/hour at times, southbound on highway 99, tailgating, and multiple unsafe lane changes and veered off on to highway 91 at the last second after a very unsafe lane change, around 5:50pm Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Driver was a younger male, dark bushy/curly hair and beard, looked like an East Indian fellow. This guy needs to slow down! He’s going to kill himself or worse somebody else on the road. He really needs to smarten up!

We had a small intimate event in our backyard and needed to rent chairs and tables. Contacted Meraki Tents approximately 6 weeks before the event. Communicating with them was easy through the weeks leading up to the event day. Even had to add more chairs closer to the date. They delivered the day before our event which was a nice touch. There was a small mishap and misunderstanding about which chairs were ordered and the person I dealt with handled it so professionally and was able to fix it with no issues. They correct chairs were even delivered the same day. The chairs were very comfortable and had cushions. Their delivery and pick-up people were so friendly and helpful. Would use them again.
