Been coming since early 2024. I'm usually 6 wks here, 6 busy elsewhere, but I always come back. I joined unable to do a jumping jack, middle aged stiffness and the fear I was going to spend the second half of my life in a body that was awful. I stay because everything in my life is better when I do. Work, clarity, social life, confidence. Even composure. Wrestling with your own internal state around people who want that for you but respect your journey is amazing. The things that make you self conscious now become inspiration for the next folks to join. The things we do that build presence of mind, exposure to silly or icky things (i am ultra sweaty), where you don't have to do what you're not comfortable with until you're ready to push through it. On the other side? I've gone from embarrassed and self conscious to being able to spill hot coffee on myself minutes before a sales meeting, and stay chill while others panicked for me. How'd it turn out? Amazing! Why? Training Krav helps keep my head so clear and gives me a real baseline for how awesome I am. You don't need to do what I do, though. I had NO idea this was my outcome. Head over, invest in your mysterious future self. I'll punch you gently until you want it harder (see, silly).
