I 100% recommend Lakeside Spine and Wellness!Everytime I come in I always feel welcomed and cared for by Dr. Winger and Meagan his wife.I initially came to Lakeside Spine and Wellness for intense pain from my upper right back and shoulder after sleeping on it wrong. I also had decades of lingering back pain that would come back from time to time from a herniated disc from my childhood. After a thorough initial examination of my spinal situation of alignment, strength, and balance I was recommended and chose to be on the corrective care plan for the next few months which consists of a few adjustment sessions per week with in-clinic exercises and daily at home exercise.I have been to a handful of chiropractors throughout my life and Dr. Winger’s initial examination was by far the most thorough by a long stretch.After a few adjustment sessions, at-clinic and daily at-home exercises my upper back/shoulder pain went away and I could feel that my body is becoming better aligned so that it could heal itself better.I have completed the corrective care plan now and at the end there is an examination to compare from the beginning and you guessed it, my results are much better with improvement in all areas.I will continue to come to Lakeside Spine and Wellness to move on to a different plan so that my body could be that much closer to being able to heal at its most optimum in order to rectify decades inattention and negligence of my spinal health.Because of Dr. Winger and the plan I was on I have more mental clarity, improved digestion, improved overall movement with decreased spinal stiffness, and increased energy.I plan to come in for adjustments even after I complete my next plan with Dr. Winger. They are extremely professional and truly know how to treat their patients with care and respect. I was treated for severe migraines, and in less than a month I noticed a significant improvement.
