We couldn’t have been more pleased with the warranty re-do of our shower. After Costco washed their hands of us, Jacuzzi had Yancey assigned to do our shower. Cruz advocated for us to have Jacuzzi include a couple of upgrades to help alleviate the trauma/stress of having our shower ripped out for a second time due to no fault of ours. Cruz was very instrumental in getting the correct parts ordered & scheduled in a timely manner. They sent a great craftsman (Guillermo) to do the install & he did top notch quality work. We would recommend Yancy to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

The thought of shopping for a new roof was something we were not excited about. We had a great experience with Yancey Home Improvement for our roof purchase, thanks to Gary Modrall. I first met Slater V, project manager with Yancey Company, at the Sacramento Home and Garden show. I was warmly greeted at the show by Slater and we briefly discussed a project I was considering. We arranged a future consultation at my home. Slater was prompt and checked in with me when he was on his way. He took measurements and made some design recommendations. After meeting several people with Yancey, I experienced no high pressure sale tactics. I feel that my needs are better informed, understood and appreciate being educated without clear manipulation. Ultimately after obtaining two other estimates, I went with Slater and Yancey because of the excellent customer support, their knowledge of specific Sacramento building remodel codes and the longstanding great reputation of Yancey home remodeling in the community. Slater is keeping me updated along the way during the progression of necessary steps to get the project underway. He took the extra time to do an in-depth determination of what I needed and did an excellent, professional job of getting the designer and site manager involved in arriving at a bath solution that meets my needs and preferences at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Slater at Yancey Company for a low pressure, highly professional bathroom remodel plan with a longstanding reputable company.
