We have been pleasantly surprised by how this process has evolved, from our salesperson, to the two installers, who did an excellent job and kept us involved in the whole process . They made sure the area was clean and cleaned up upon completion and left everything the way they found it. They also took the time to show us how everything worked and assured us that if we had any problems or questions that we could contact Yancy. Yancy has been very involved with this project and if we had any questions or concerns, they got right back to us which was very important and comforting.

From Bruce the salesman who was out in 90 degree heat to Scott Tueckes coming to my home and measuring, to their showroom where choices are abundant.... they have removed the stress of planning the remodel of my primary bath. Scott took such care in helping me choose without being pushy. It was like having your friend help you pick items. I'm really looking forward to the project.

Yancey will be replacing our roof in the near future. Paul and Greg did an exceptional job of assessing what needed to be done and explaining in meticulous detail the choices for us to make, the materials that will be used, and the techniques that will be employed. They answered all of our questions carefully and discussed the pro's and con's, from durability to cost, of all of our options. We feel comfortable with their commitment to be available and involved in the project.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the warranty re-do of our shower. After Costco washed their hands of us, Jacuzzi had Yancey assigned to do our shower. Cruz advocated for us to have Jacuzzi include a couple of upgrades to help alleviate the trauma/stress of having our shower ripped out for a second time due to no fault of ours. Cruz was very instrumental in getting the correct parts ordered & scheduled in a timely manner. They sent a great craftsman (Guillermo) to do the install & he did top notch quality work. We would recommend Yancy to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

The thought of shopping for a new roof was something we were not excited about. We had a great experience with Yancey Home Improvement for our roof purchase, thanks to Gary Modrall. We highly recommend Yancey Home Improvement and truly appreciate the excellent service Gary provided.
