I chop my hair off every few years. My hair was so long I could sit on it. Normally when I go to a salon and ask for a big chop, they hesitate and try and talk me out of it.I was pleasantly surprised when today I was met with big smiles and reassurance. I love my new short hair. Its exactly what I wanted and styled so beautifully! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome!!!

It was my first visit at Arcana and I was so pleased with the result of my hair,Amy did a great job and she was really nice and friendly and made me feel at ease as previously I had a mobile hairdresser that made a complete mess of my hair,but now I have found Amy I shall be making my next and future appointments with her soon as my hair is due for restyling again .i have also recommended my daughter in law so she will be making an appointment in the near future also. I found it to be a friendly atmosphere and welcoming.

Came in on the offchance after being given a voucher for discount. I didn't expect anything amazing but I now won't go to anyone else. Mandy listened and understood me, my hair and what I wanted to achieve..my hair has never felt and looked so good! Ive been back a good few times and Mandy knows exactly what I want, and delivers. I recommended 2 friends to Arcana, and Mandy is now their 'go to' as well. Brilliant salon, highly recommended by us 3
