Had a haircut here for the first time today by Hannah. She was absolutely lovely and I left feeling great with exactly the cut I wanted. Everyone at the salon was polite and warm and I will definitely come back again!

Easy to book appointments & staff are polite & efficient. The barber is experienced & is one of the few left that cuts by scissors rather than using purely a power trimmer like most of the other barbers seem to do nowadays.

It was my first visit at Arcana and I was so pleased with the result of my hair,Amy did a great job and she was really nice and friendly and made me feel at ease as previously I had a mobile hairdresser that made a complete mess of my hair,but now I have found Amy I shall be making my next and future appointments with her soon as my hair is due for restyling again .i have also recommended my daughter in law so she will be making an appointment in the near future also. I found it to be a friendly atmosphere and welcoming.
