The first day I walked in the gentleman behind the counter was VERY nice to me. They even gave me a gift 🎁 unexpectedly. Then, after I left, they sent a text to thank me again for trusting them with my clothing.They told me they even do free delivery! Wow! That's exceptional customer service. The only thing I don't like that is a big deal for me, as it really would help my brain, is that they don't allow you to pay ahead of time when dropping clothes off unless you leave a card on file. I may not want to use the same card each time. My last cleaners did allow this and it helped me with consistency because I like to have the same routine each time: Pay during drop off then just pick up and leave. I chose this cleaners because it's only 5 mins away from home. But I understand they have their policy. I still think customer service was exceptional! And would recommend!
