The community at R_6 CrossFit is immaculate! Marcos is a great coach! He helped me with my snatches, one of the hardest movement in CrossFit! He gave ideas to better my form and stayed until I got it down! I have a lot to work on but I’ve came a long way in 6 months. CrossFit does help you on an everyday lifestyle and help with mobility, which we lose as the years go by. I love CrossFit and everyone at R_6!

Class was great today. Coach Marcos explained how the workout is going to be while demonstrating the movements. He answers questions if we have any about the workout and pays attention to the entire class and not on his phone like other gyms coaches I’ve seen

Sam was great at breaking down the movements and explaining the exercises! Very welcoming and checked form to ensure movement was being done correctly. It was a great class to come back to!

Marcos is a wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable coach. I always feel empowered in the gym, even when I’m still learning new skills or being careful with an injury; all the coaches are always open to help with scaling to meet my abilities and needs so I can keep building my strength. I also love that the gym is baby friendly! I would never have been able to start Crossfit if I couldn’t bring my son along, and the coaches and other gym-goers are always so welcoming to the both of us. I would give ten stars if I could!
