Marine Specialties saved my dock, making changes in their work schedules to get a team to repair it before the 4th of July weekend!!! At the head of the dock where the ramp meets the dock, the primary metal frame for the base (that the floats are attached to and that the deck flooring is laid on) broke at several connecting points where the cross pieces are welded together! As a result, the cracked edges of the frame were pushed up by the floats and in turn popped the screws that bolt down the deck flooring. The slates of the deck flooring were then sticking up 3-4”, causing hazards for walking on the deck. Being on the open channel of the lake, the dock is impacted by wake, especially on weekends and even more so on holidays!!! After multiple urgent calls and an onsite review by one of the work teams, Marine Specialties rescheduled a team to repair my dock on July 3, just in time before the busy 4th of July weekend! I am so thankful for their quick response and repair! If they had not repaired this issue before the 4th weekend, I’m sure the dock would have suffered even more damage and who knows to what extent and cost!!! Tom Shorts I had an old HydroHoist down at my dock that has been in the lake for 20+ years. Well it finally died, and became totally unusable. This put me in a bind as I had nowhere else to put my center console. I contacted Casey Flannagan at Marine Specialties on 5/29/24, and explained my situation. Casey got me a quote the same day for a new 5,000 lb. HydroHoist, and I ordered it. Much to my surprise Casey juggled his schedule to accommodate my situation. Very professional and their work is always top notch. I have had many services performed by Marine Specialists, most recently I replaced my bowrider with a pontoon and a team had to come out (led by Cody) to reconfigure my lift and slip. After approx. 4 hours, I went down to take a look and everything was great and hung around for a bit thinking that they were done. But Cody wasn't quite satisfied. The team invested another 2+ hours realigning the lift and even had to have some additional parts brought out. Now, everything is perfect. I had damage to my dock where the ramp was damaged and the dock was unstable in april 2024 due to high winds. I called at 8 am monday morning and explained the situation. Marine specialties send a crew out within 24 hrs . Although they were unable to raise the ramp that day, they stabilized the dock and communicated with me . They returned with a larger barge within another 48 hrs and was able to raise the ramp, put the plastic floatation under it and make the dock usable. They are 5 star in communication and timely and seems to understand the nature of the problem Less

I'd just purchased a new boat and was inerested in having a lift at our dock installed. I sent an email I sent an email to Marine Specialties inquiring about a Hydro Hoist on a Sunday. That very evening Casey reached out to me and let me know he'd do some research to make sure I got the right Hydro Hoist for my boat. Casey got back to me the next day and provided me with a quote for two different units. We spoke on the phone and he talked me through the benefits of both and agreed that the smaller/less expensive unit would work for my needs. I appreciated him being concerned with what I needed vs "upselling" me. I was hoping to get the HH installed immediately, however it's a busy time of year and my install was rougly two weeks out.
