We had an amazing experience with ASR!We had numerous issues with the stucco on our newly constructed home (after it was about 4 years old). The stucco was damaged from numerous roof leaks and poorly designed/flashed joints with the house and gutters. The stucco has a unique texture and is pigmented (not painted) so we were really concerned about getting a good aesthetic match on the repairs.The original stucco installer didn't want to touch it because of the leaking issues we had at the roof and other joints (he said he didn't fix leaks).Before finding ASR, we got quotes from a couple of other stucco repair places and frankly their proposed repair approaches didn't seem to appreciate the complexity of the repair job. They suggested to paint the stucco repair to match the rest of the house. They also didn't really entertain my concerns about the various leaks we were seeing across the stucco facade.ASR, on the other hand, was amazing. I spoke with the owner, Darrin Straub (and his brother David as well), about my concerns. Darrin was understanding to our situation, empathetic to all of my concerns, and truly listened to our story. He offered to personally come out and inspect the house. On site, he spent a ton of time with me reviewing all of the issues that we had. He wrote up an excellent proposal with an inspection report including tons of notes and photos, as well as a water test so that we could verify that there were no other leaks. He also discussed numerous options for addressing the poor flashing details. Before the job started, they prepared a color & texture match for me to approve.Due to the complexity of the job, he offered to send his most talented repair crew "the 'Berts".The crew was incredibly professional. They kept the job site clean, were easy to work with, and were happy to entertain my questions about individual details. They did an amazing job with so many fine details, such as the water test, adding additional flashings, inspecting behind some architectural steel design elements, etc. They were even able to match paint on flashing and trims to match our windows and the stucco and did a great job with trim, sanding, and painting as well. Their level of craftsmanship was outstanding. The stucco finish looks incredible and perfectly matches the house in color and texture. They cleaned up the job site completely when finished, no trash at all left behind.I give ASR my highest recommendation!
