This review is a little late but well deserved. Plain and simple these guys are hand down the best body shop I've ever been to , Staff was very friendly respectful and just great to be around , They are quick There communication was top tier , My vehicle honestly hasn't looked this great since I bought it from the dealer , They did help me upgrade my front bumper to the srt bumper , I was a bit worried about fitment but it was so perfect and exceeded all my expectations, They buffed , waxed and cleaned my car better than any detail shop I've taken to period . My car was ready on 9/3 and till today on 9/22 my car is still shining and overall I'm really happy , for anyone wanting to maybe upgrade your bumper and want a quality team and shop these are your guys . Excuse my photos they suck but in person car is 10/10 I will definitely be returning for future service

Unbelievable service! Around 6pm I used Yelp to request a quote to install some aftermarket emblem lettering that I'd purchased online from Korea (which unfortunately came with the wrong spacing template so it would take skill to apply without it.) I figured I'd hear back in the morning as it was after hours. Nope, I got a response in minutes! After a few back and forth questions they said they'd do it first thing in the morning and come on by. The price was way lower than I'd expected. I was blown away by their responsiveness, great attitude and immediate careful service. In and out in no time! The shop is a little hard to see from the street, it's right at the street sign intersection of Clarion. Great people, great work!

I have been to New International Auto Body Shop twice and each time we received the best service! The first time we visited we had our van door fixed (it was side swiped). The passenger side sliding door needed repair but we were told by several other repair shops that the entire door needed to be replaced which would have cost us $4,000+. New International Auto Body was able to repair our door and a SUPER reasonable cost. We were so grateful for their help and their willingness to repair the door instead of just charging us and our insurance more to replace the door. We recently had to take a different car back to get the bumper repaired - and again, they were able to repair the bumper without needing to replace it, which saved us a lot of money. These guys are the BEST - they will tell you if you truly need to replace something or if they can repair it. I am so grateful that they are so honest and transparent and that you can truly trust them. I highly, highly recommend New International Auto Body Shop! They do amazing, high quality work and you can TRUST them!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The repair work was high quality, and my vehicle looks great. They also went above and beyond in assisting with the insurance company, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional and helpful. I’d highly recommend this body shop for repairs!

I came in to get repairs on my car and spoke with Frank, Luis, & Luis Jr about the repairs. They all kept me in the loop about her. They all gave good communication and sent pictures on what they replaced. Very efficient. She was done within the week. They did an amazing job on her. I'm very satisfied of the work they did on her. Thank you very much for your service!
