She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products and what benefits I would experience. I came here based on their rave reviews, and I tell you, they did not disappoint! Everyone here was very kind, the service was fantastic, and my hairdresser Shaylee did an amazing job of fixing my absolutely bonkers hair. It was a bit of a tall order, as I have a prominent grown out side shave, a cowlick, and dry color treated grow out. Shaylee was great at listening to what I was hoping to get out of my visit, how I like to style my hair, and providing suggestions for what would work for my needs and "hair goals". this is more of a review for Sabrina Knight the owner of the Salon. I work at a local technology retailer. Sabrina came into where i work, and things in the atmosphere were stressful with a showroom of people needing things fixed. She saw what was going on, and i am a perfect stranger to her, and she went and purchased dutch brothers and a chocolate chip muffin top for me as a helpful hang in there. As a perfect stranger to her, and she was this thoughtful and kind, i can only assume she is just as wonderful to her customers. When I walked in they make you feel so welcomed and get you a drink. When I got my brows waxed she was gentle and had a conversation with me like if I was her friend and was really sweet and funny.
