I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They moved my entire household, including a very temperamental grandfather clock, without a single issue. I explained my situation to the owner and he was incredibly patient and reassured me that they operate differently.He gave me a flat rate quote upfront so I wouldn't have to worry about the price changing on the day of. On moving day, the crew showed up with a positive attitude that immediately put me at ease. It felt like I was working with honest people who genuinely wanted to help me.They handled my piano moving request with such expertise that I actually stopped worrying and just let them do their job.It required four men to lift it and they communicated every step of the way to ensure nobody got hurt and the instrument stayed safe. I really appreciated that they laid down floor protection in the hallway because it was raining outside and I didn't want mud everywhere.Most movers would have just tracked dirt in but they took that extra step. They even asked me specifically how I wanted the rug positioned before setting the piano down. The level of respect they showed for my home was something I haven't seen in a long time. They placed every box in the correct room so I didn't have to lug heavy things around later. We have lived in our home for twenty years so you can imagine the amount of junk we accumulated over time. The thought of packing everything up for a long distance move was honestly keeping me up at night.Fortunately the team that showed up was ready to handle it all and put my mind at ease immediately.They brought all the supplies needed and started packing the kitchen right away. I watched them carefully wrap every single wine glass and plate with bubble wrap and place them into sturdy boxes. It was such a relief not to have to do that myself because my back just cannot handle it anymore. The lead mover was very communicative and asked me about specific items that looked fragile to make sure they were protected enough. They worked efficiently as a team and you could tell they have been doing this for a long time.Nothing was thrown around or mishandled during the loading process at all. Even the big heavy dresser that I thought wouldn't fit through the door was maneuvered out smoothly. I was amazed at how they fit everything into the truck like a puzzle to save space.Everything arrived at the new house in perfect condition without a scratch on anything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to move, they truly went above and beyond for us.

Seriously these guys are life savers because i was so stressed about moving my stuff to Davenport especially with all the heavy boxes i had. They didn't stop working for a second and i didn't hear a single complaint about the heat or the steep driveway which was crazy to me.I usually hate moving day but they made it feel easy and the price was exactly what they said it would be on the phone. It is nice to find a company that actually does what they say they will do without trying to rip you off. I will be telling everyone i know to use them for sure if they want it done right. it was worth every penny.
