Our unit went out at 3:30am. At 8 I called and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Kyle came at about 2:30p and worked on it replacing the thermostat and transformer. With some help from his coworkers they discovered there was a short in a breaker, so replaced it as well. When I got home from work at 7p they were wrapping up and had also found a wire short in the unit. As a technician myself I understand how some jobs just go bad and I appreciate their hard work, professionalism and great personalities. Unit is working great again. Thanks to Julian Heat and Air

When our heat stopped working on a Sunday morning I put in a call to Julian’s answering service to get an appointment. To my surprise within an hour I had a callback saying a serviceman would be to my house in 45 minutes! And, further surprise, the serviceman was Jason Julian, owner!You just can’t beat their service and their appointment software to keep you informed on appointment schedules. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my Heat/AC repair services.
