I was so fortunate to have Erica Tomasello and her staff at Care Resolutions support me during my visit to Boston for my granddaughter Renata's college graduation. They accepted my wheelchair ahead of time and assembled it so that Carmen, the caregiver they assigned to me, could bring it along when she picked me up on Thursday at the airport. Then Carmen saw me to my hotel and spent 8 hours each on Friday and Saturday helping me dress, eat, and attend assorted graduation events, receptions and family meals before returning me, my luggage and the wheelchair to disability assistance at the airport early Sunday for my onward flights to the Monday graduation of Renata's twin sister in Oregon. It was a happy whirlwind that would have been completely impossible without Care Resolutions and Carmen. I cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, skill and kindness. Five stars, absolutely!
