This is such an amazing service. I just moved into my building and this amazing company does pick up and drop off and it’s so convenient and all the employees I spoke with on the phone were nice. I’m a no rush infrequent dry cleaner and it was such a nice experience. Can’t wait to use them again

I work in a luxury High-rise in Brickell Miami. I started to use the drycleaning factory 5 months ago when there driver recommended the service. I already had a cleaners I use. I tried there service and was pleased with everything but the price. I reached out and spoke to the owners son who was very professional and since I worked in the high rise and can recommend new customers/residents he offered the same price I was paying at my old cleaners,no matter the brand shirt.5 months later.... I received a new bank card and needed to update my information so they can charge me. I called in my new cc# and spoke with the owners son to charge my card. The owners son called me back and said that the owner heard him talking to me and he could no longer offer the discounted price. Such a shame that Loyalty, Principle and someone's word means nothing. With that being said, I refuse to use a cleaner that makes there prices up by the brand of your shirt. There prices are OUTRAGEOUS...Ask for a receipt so you can see for yourself. The Higher designer brand will cost you more even if its 100% the same as the Non designer brand. I recommend using"I HATE IRONING" They charge $ 4.15 per shirt no matter if its Hugo Boss, Armani, Calvin Klein or No name brand. Do yourself a favor and LOOK AT YOUR RECIEPTS SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF....
