I had an attic dehumidifier that leaked a small puddle of water on my hallway floor. cleaned it up and replaced the damaged hose and thought nothing more of it. One day my wife opens the small closet door next to the spill, and it was full of black mold. Devon came out and was very personable and gave me what I consider a fair quote. He contained the space and with his hazmat equipment on removed all the damaged drywall. He then treated the studs, ran 3 huge filters for several days. Finally sent the space out for testing which came back negative and took everything apart. I wish there was a way to contain the space without their heavy duty tape as it removed a lot of my paint and ceiling material, but he said that is the only way to keep it contained. I would definitely recommend him for mold removal
