We tried the float, the infrared sauna, and massage chairs for the first time in February of 2025 as part of a Valentine's new customer deal. My husband loved the float and ended up getting a 2x a month membership when they offered a promotional price. He has 40 degree scoliosis and it takes so much pressure off his body and spine. He also added the meditation for pain relief and listens to it through a headset. You can also have relaxing music play overhead or float in silence. He has been going 1 to 2x a month for the 60 minute float ever since. We did bring our son (20yrs old) to try it also, but he said it was out of his budget range for a college student. Unfortunately, although I absolutely love hot baths with Epsom salt for my arthritis, I couldn't relax enough to get comfortable floating. I suffer from racing thoughts due to my panic/anxiety disorder (PTSD) and having tinnitus in one ear, I began feeling anxious and ended my float early. I love the sauna and the massage chairs, especially the newer deep tissue chair they added this year. I've also done the red light therapy panels several times. We have not tried the oxygen bar. There is a private bathroom and each float room has its own shower for before and after your float. Overall, the staff has been extremely accommodating, attentive, and always courteous. We are looking forward to the new heat and ice contrast therapy that they have coming soon. We always feel super relaxed and refreshed when leaving after our visits and my husband highly recommends that you try the float atleast once to see if it helps you like it has for him.
