Phoebe at East Coast Float Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, inviting, and incredibly empathetic. I happened to arrive a couple of minutes late and even told her I completely understood if my session needed to be shortened a bit. Instead, she immediately reassured me that she wanted me to have the best experience possible and wouldn’t hear of cutting it short. That kindness alone spoke volumes.Her calm energy was exactly what I needed after a very challenging week. Some people just carry peace with them, and Phoebe truly does. She made the entire experience feel grounding, restorative, and genuinely healing.I’m already a repeat floater here and can honestly say I’m a customer for life. There’s something magical about floating — it centers you in a way that’s hard to explain until you experience it yourself.Also, I seriously hope they eventually start selling T-shirts because I absolutely love the logo and what it represents. ⸻This was the first time my wife and I ever tried floating, and it was an incredible experience.When we arrived, Sarah greeted us with a huge smile and a very welcoming attitude. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process, which made us feel comfortable right away. The environment was clean, calm, and relaxing.Although I had a general idea of what floating was, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. My wife and I each had our own private float rooms, with a shower conveniently located next to the float tub.When I entered the tub, I was dealing with some back and hip pain from work the day before. The session lasted an hour, but it felt much longer in the best way possible. The calm, peaceful atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. By the time I got out, the stress I had been carrying felt like it had completely melted away.My wife and I will definitely be returning.Take it from someone who doesn’t usually pamper himself because it’s “not the manly thing to do”—give this a try at least once. You won’t regret it, and you’ll likely find yourself coming back.Thank you, Sarah, for your hospitality. You’re amazing at what you do.

I have had a float here in the past and plan on another in the very near future. Today was the sauna and massage. Definitely felt rejuvenated afterwards, highly recommend. This place is amazingly soothing.
