I expected a “wrecker”. I found a “dismantler”I expected impatience and brusqueness. These men were patient, kind, friendly and helpful in the same breath.I expected a grease-covered mess. Their office was pristine, worthy of any professional workplace.A very pleasant experience

All good but some how we got the wrong part. Possibly we did not give enough info. Bracket was different , and wouldn't fit. Thanks for prompt service anyway.

I received the spare part in very short time and in best condition.I also enquired about a replacement to my screen of the navigation, but they examined it free and gave me the advise that it is not required and showed me how I can use it. They were very honest giving me the advice and not seeking false gain.I thank them for their honesty.

Was chasing a part for my Ford Everest. It hurts me to say but I tried 4 auto wreckers in Perth....one I visited in person said they had the part I needed and quoted a price but said they would check it and confirm and get back to me....heard nothing! The other 3 were online/email enquiries and had ZERO response!!Looked on Ebay and found the exact part I needed at Formaz Parts....for half the price quoted in Perth including delivery!!Paid for it via Ebay and it arrived in less than a week....can't ask for better than that! Thanks Formaz Parts!
