Design Build Specialists remodeled our kitchen and replaced a bathroom after it needed a full gut remediation. Our family has completed three rounds of renovations now so we like to say that remodels are just a series of problems to solve. Mark, Jaime, and the team were excellent problem solving partners. Mark, the owner, has been in the industry for 40+ years and his encyclopedic knowledge of construction techniques got us through some tricky builds and decisions. Jaime, who managed our project, helped us work through solutions for our complicated cabinetry and his creative project management helped us avoid delays. In our bathroom, there’s a beautiful symmetry and alignment that wouldn’t have been possible without the team’s diligence anticipating it, carefully measuring/planning for it, and laying everything out precisely.We’re very pleased with how everything turned out and are grateful for the team’s hands-on experience, diligent work, and collaborative problem solving that got us here.

Design Build Specialists did an amazing job by remodeling our master bath. Their craftsmanship and attention to every detail was superb. The entire process from design to finishing touches was as well executed. Following Mark's recommendation to go "big" with a large tile format in the bath resulted in a stunning re-make to the space.

Just finished a bathroom remodel with Design Build Specialists and I can definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job of keeping the project budget and schedule up to date.They have a great crew. Everyone on site - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, etc. was an experienced professional. Farley is a real mechanic - a trouble shooter and problem solver.

I am very happy with the renovation of the main bathroom in my house by Design Build Specialists. It was a professional job from planning through construction. I especially liked the digital images of the concept created by Mark and Jason which showed detailed 3D views and the weekly update meetings with the project manager, Maria, to go over completed and ongoing work with the timeline shown in a GANTT chart. The DBS employees and subcontractors produced quality work and asked for my preferences at critical steps. The project met the budget and schedule stated in the contract. I highly recommend Design Build Specialists for excellent home renovation work.
