I got more than anywhere else that I was offered for my trade-in so that automatically leaned me forward to purchasing from them. Used their service department for a routine fuel filter change. Because they are a certified GMC dealer I was able to seamlessly use my GM points to cover the entire cost (parts & labor). The service dept staff (specifically the lady, sorry do not remember her name) was fantastic from the time I called to make the appt through the checkout procedure after the work was done when she walked me through how to redeem my points step-by-step. I can assure you I will make the drive (~40mins one way) to Beck & Beck moving forward no matter what.

Donna, the service writer with Beck and Beck was excellent and patient. She spent hours helping me coordinate the repairs with my American Dream Warranty insurance over a week of delays. But to no avail, the claim was denied. American Dream Warranty stated the thermostat and radiator were covered parts but not if they overheated. This Warranty company is a complete rip off. However, Beck and Beck helped me through the ordeal and got me back on the road. Very professional company.
