We took our Diesel Truck in for a catalytic converter issue. The first time they said they could not find anything, and had no loaner car for us, along with taking a few days, but they made 180 bucks off us for nothing.Then the check engine light went on a couple of days later, we took it back in. They said oh yeah its your catalytic converter and your def obama thingy. They had it another 4-5 days, said they were trying to get the warranty to cover, did not give us a loaner even though they said they would, did not add the initial 180 bucks when they could not find what they found a few days later, said they fixed it and well the same problem still persists.We will never buy another GMC, Chevy or any other American dealer car, we will NEVER go into Beck your buck again. We highly recommend you don’t bring your vehicle in here either.Lastly, my wife was interacting with them, and when they were treating her with less respect than a male would be treated, I had to call and interact with them.American vehicles suck, the dealerships make money on the service but the manufacturers make sure they break often, so the dealers can make their money.Look at all of the recalls over the past 5-8 years, tell me I am wrong.I use to buy American manufacturers, that was before 2008, after Obama, they have become part of the problem for working families and not a real solution you can count on. That is my opinion but research the facts, they will support it.Government Motor Company is a racket…Have a great day.
