I first contacted a large Lake County plumbing company, and after explaining my plumbing problem to the receptionist they did not even return my call. To say I had an urgent mess is an understatement. A quick Chat GBT search found Hatz Plumbing who specialize is difficult repairs. Tim responded immediately and recommended a renovation company who cleaned up the cesspool in my crawlspace. Hatz plumbing was then able to replace all of the drain lines under the house, including under the utility room concrete slab. They are a family business, very knowledgeable and hard working. I would highly recommend Hatz Plumbing for any plumbing jobs without so much as a second thought.

Reached out to Hatz for an exterior gas line for a pool heater. The attention to detail right off the bat was fantastic. From making sure my meter was large enough to examining all my other gas appliances to asking what else I might put in the future. I was sure the price was going to come in higher than someone else, yet it didn't and was much lower, but for me less expensive isn't always better and the Hatz team quality was phenomenal! We haven't even gotten to the professionalism of them which was awesome as well, certainly have found my new go to for all plumbing needs. I already have two more projects I am lining up for them to complete as well. You want something done right the 1st time, this is the team you call.
