TR King is a boutique-style Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO) providing consistent hands-on support to our agency across a broad range of needs including access to a broad range of carrier contracts at commission levels appropriate to our growing organization, agent onboarding and contracting support for each carrier, as well as troubleshooting for issues that inevitably come up during the contracting and onboarding process. Further, TR King serves as an advocate and intermediary between our brokerage firm and the carriers when more complex issues arise that require their support as a 3rd-party. We have been working with TR King for almost 2 years and they have been able to grow with us. We are a rapidly growing brokerage firm and require consistent support and TR King has been able to provide us with the level of white glove and hands-on service that we require with a dedicated contact person that knows us and our business requirements. These guys represent what an FMO should be. Any support I've needed, Todd and Matt have been all over it. Responses to emails are quick, updates are given, and problems resolved quickly. I had a commission issue with a Life Insurer - they didn't want to pay full commission up front, even though the client paid the entire premium upfront. Todd sorted it out ASAP, and I received the entire commission due within 3 business days. TR King had my back.
