I knew nothing when I started the research process for our plunge pool. After interviewing 4 pool contractors I chose The Pool Company for 2 primary reasons -- the people and the warranty. The Lord must've been looking out for me, because I chose well, without really knowing it! Even will my small plunge pool, there was a TREMENDOUS amount of pool-stuff to navigate. The size, the shape, the color, the placement of the skimmer, the decking, the jets, the water feature, the county inspection .... It's a pretty complex process. My project took 2 and 1/2 months from pool delivery to successful inspection.Never once were they impatient with my indecision or changes of mind (thank you Chuck), their innovation and "McGuyver" approach to challenges (thank you Tony), their training of a complete newbie and answering endless questions (thank you Graham), or their confident reassurance that The Pool Co "will take care of it, so don't stress" (thank you Roger and Bryan). After our initial contractor - Lowco Pools (James Varnes, owner) abandoned our pool construction project (DO NOT REMOTELY CONSIDER SO MUCH AS A CONSULTATION WITH JAMES VARNES OF LOWCO POOLS OF BEAUFORT), The Pool Company, Barbara Sutliff along with Tony and their staff rescued our project and finished it to both our satisfaction and to code. After experiencing numerous failed inspections with Lowco Pools (James Varnes), The Pool Company delivered what they said they would and did so without a single issue & passed all inspections the first time. We will continue to use them for all our pool equipment and service needs. We highly recommend anyone looking to install or service a pool to call The Pool Company, you won't be disappointed. Once our landscaping is completed, we will upload photos.

This is long overdue, as our pool was completed over a year ago in the late-Spring of 2024, but my experience with The Pool Company was nothing short of awesome. Not only were they timely, professional, responsive and kind, they also went out of their way to build our pool in Savannah, GA (previously not in their service area). After dealing with us for three years, we finally decided to move forward with a pool. Joel, our salesperson, was great to work with. He priced so many pools and designs for us. We ultimately ended up with a Leisure Pool, tanning ledge with spillover, and a firepit. Rafael and his crew did beautiful paver work for the pool deck and ledge surround as well as completely installing the firepit pavers. Tony, our project manager, was also easy to work with. All of the crews were very kind and professional. I definitely recommend a fiberglass pool, decking and firepit from The Pool Company.

What a SUPERB and A+++++ job The Pool Company did installing our new pool.I walked into The Pool Company knowing absolutely nothing about what style of pool I wanted, and with their guidance, my backyard oasis is perfect. The first step was getting the lot survey and Barbara walked me through the process. Jeff went above and beyond and came to my house personally to see my yard and come up with a plan. He helped with the style, size, location of the pool and patio, and communicated throughout the whole process. Jeff was my go to guy when I had a question and was always available or responded asap. We intentionally chose to work with TPC because we like working with local, family-owned businesses. From the start, it made a difference. Tony and his team were right in it all the way, and Tony himself did a lot of the actual work on the install. Our lot was challenging, and we were away for much of the planning work. Tony, Jeff, Graham and others were kind and engaged when we needed them to be. They explained what was happening throughout. They helped us find a good design/install for our patio and recommended other resources throughout the process. Any hiccups during the project were addressed. Even after install, TPC continues to be a good partner to us.

I suppose if they hadn't done such a good job, I would have written my review much, much sooner. Because ... I've been in the pool everyday since July until last week when the temps were in the 50s and the heatpump could not keep up. What a treat to have a beautiful, healthy saltwater pool (with just a few extras) to enhance your quality of life. The heat pump is a must - 97° out, 83° in the pool, then, 62° out, 83° in. What a treat. And we've really enjoyed the two therapy jets placed behind sitting areas at the deep end. Barbara Sutcliffe was our main contact and how grateful are we to have had such a responsive, focussed professional at our side during this major purchase. The crew worked everyday they could (rain will stop a pool installation in its tracks) and were always happy to share knowledge of their current and future tasks that put you one step closer to the sweet relief of finding yourself floating away the stresses of the day. The Pool Company is the best!
