I worked primarily with Jon, but also had help from Heather as well. They were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice to work with! I never felt "pushed" into buying anything. I purchased an engagement ring from Rose and this review cannot even come close to describing how BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT it is!!!!! Not only did my girlfriend (now fiancé) say yes and love it, all of our friends and family love it as well (I do too obviously!). I was probably the most picky/particular customer Jon and Heather have worked with in a while and yet they come through on the very first try! Jon was able to find the EXACT natural diamond I was looking for (the 4 C's spec I wanted, no fluoresce, table size measurements, no bow-tie, literally everything) and he was able to make the setting, hidden halo, and band EXACTLY what I was looking for. I gave him a picture of what I wanted, and he was able to make a beautiful engagement ring from just looking at a picture!!!! Again, aside from all of the perfect work done, Rose Jewelers is a very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable place. They are also great at communicating and staying in touch throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I will be back to get wedding bands in the near future! Thank you, Rose Jewelers!!

An internet search showed that Rose Jewelers had a hard to find watch in stock and John Rose personally quickly assisted me to verify that they did in fact have it in inventory and ship out to me the same day (I am located in a different state).
