We were very disappointed with this company, but mostly their representative. After he visited our house, he said he would send us a website to choose a new glass. After a couple of calls and a personal visit to the business, we were again promised a website and that he was going to check their local warehouse to see what they had. Again there was no follow through. So after 5 weeks, we went to another company who were able to complete the sale and installation in less than 3 weeks.I do not recommend this business.

I highly recommend City Glass. I have sought their services several times over the last 30 years and they always come through. When a drop off repair wasn't completed when promised they delivered it to my residence in Navarre. That's customer service. Thank you City Glass.

We ordered a glass topper for our dining table from City Glass and it turned out perfect. We cannot recommend them enough. Every single person we dealt with from the office and through the delivery process were so friendly and professional. And their price was significantly lower than others we checked AND they were able to provide the glass quicker than others on top of all of that. We were completely happy with the entire experience and the glass looks amazing.

Prompt service and very client friendly.We have ordered a special type of glass for our shop and they even loaned us a replacement they had in stock, free of charge, until we have received the ordered piece (which we got prettyfast).
