So when it was time to sell my L.A. condo on retirement, I looked him up after all these years, and he jumped into the project quickly and efficiently - and literally got me a workable offer within a couple weeks! He is surrounded by an excellent team who did the preliminary work almost overnight, guided me through removing a very old problematic lien, and handled all the title and escrow details with speed and care in time for me to help my daughter and her husband close on another timely deal! The process was easy, largely on DocuSign then a traveling notary sent to my house for a few minutes.
