I was very pleased when I saw in the message that Shane would be the technician. He did a fantastic job repairing my AC unit in July and I knew he would do the same great job of preventative maintenance on my heating system. Shane knows his trade and I greatly appreciate his fine work.

Found out Noble was an authorized Goodman HVAC contractor/service provider. Called. Staff were friendly and had an appointment set up for the next morning. They were out during the time window provided to me and were able to fix the issue that was a recurring problem on my outside unit. Big props to the staff that were involved in fixing my issue ASSP. Thank you!!

My AC was freezing up on my inside unit and making a mess when the ice would melt. They went through all the normal troubleshooting without an answer, but then did some additional brainstorming and evaluation. They were able to find the “uncommon” problem and fix it on the spot.

They made things look great but forgot a few screws and taping to seal the unit. They had a difficult time getting the AC to operate but did succeed. Only thing is now the heat will not turn on. Tried calling on a Friday without any contact.

My a/c was not working. Isaiah came out and figured out the problem within five minutes. He fixed the issue and now my a/c system works better than it did before the capacitor went out. Rooms in my house that didn’t cool down before (downstairs and one bedroom) are now getting the cool air flowing into them.

2026-04-18T21:31:19.904Z

The tech came out listen to my hvac system in the house and knew immediately what the problem was. We went out and he looked at the heat pump and then tested the capacitor. It was not working. I don’t think it had worked correctly since I bought the house brand new. Now, my whole house cools down including the rooms that hadn’t from day one.
