Great service and competitive pricing.Dan came to give a quotation for the front of our house and brought examples of the shutters with him. His quotation arrived within 24 hours. We agreed and asked him to go ahead. On reflection it wasn’t as expensive as we thought so we asked if he could return and give a quote for the rear of the house.- which he duly did.The shutters have just been installed by Gareth who completed the installation within the timeframe. He was punctual and polite.Great workmanship - clean and tidy. We are delighted with the results and can thoroughly recommend Ideal Shutters.

I got ideal shutters to fit shutters to my grade 2 listed home. I had the slightly more expensive Titan type fitted for sometimes damp atmosphere on coast. They made sympathetic adjustments to fit ti odd shaped windows and did an excellent job. Friendly. No fuss or drama. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Absolutely love my new bedroom shutters, Gareth did an amazing job fitting them, anything I suggested about the trim etc he made happen. They far exceeded my expectations, so happy. I love the operation of them and the different ways you can set them, it totally transforms the room. I'll definitely be ordering more for the other windows.
