My sink was clogged and had a terrible odor. ClogMasters not only arrived within an hour, they worked quickly and efficiently to unclog by jetting out my entire line! I had a significant clog in my bathroom that caused sewage to flow up into my shower. I emailed Clogmasters on Saturday night expecting a response on Monday morning. I was surprised they got back to me right away and even offered to come fix the issue on Saturday night. I had them come on Sunday morning and Judah was the service tech who arrived onsite. Judah was phenomenal. He assessed the situation and thoroughly explained what his process would be and why. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. The price he quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid. We had been dealing with a clogged pipe for a day or so, had a friend try a snake with no success at dislodging the clog. By now it was Sunday and we were at our wits end. My husband called ClogMasters around noon on Sunday. They showed up within the hour, used their water jetter to unclog our drain line and help us diagnose the issue. Juddah was friendly, kind and worked fast. Plus they didn’t charge us outrageous prices too come out on a weekend day.Can’t say enough good things about this company.
