Communication is key and these two have mastered that along with their trade, an uncommon trait in many contractors I have worked with. Was a little concerned about my roof so I called these guys for a roof inspection. They got up, took pictures and went through them with me. The reason I’m leaving a review is because they didn’t pressure me into getting a replacement or repairs. They were very honest and told me everything looks good and reassured me that it’s healthy. You don’t get that a lot from roofing companies these days. Would recommend out of the pure honesty that these guys have.

The condition of my house's shingles led me to have my roof inspected and after multiple consultations it seems like I would have to spend 10-15K on a new roof. Of course I don't have that kind of money so I started to look for alternatives. I did a lot of research and became comfortable with the idea of a roof restoration. However, selecting a company that's reputable and knowledgeable to do the job seemed like a challenge until I met the professionals at Powerhouse Roof Restoration.I was impressed with their knowledge, patience and no high pressure sales, they were here to inspect the roof and make recommendations. They explained the inspection, answered our questions and showed me they knew what they were doing, so we went ahead and scheduled the job.They completed the treatment in a thorough and clean manner, after a few hours you could really see the difference!They came back a few days later to re-inspect and make sure the treatment was not affected by the recent rains and debree from my trees so soon after the treatment.I know this is a lengthy review, but man, they did such a great job I wanted to explain my whole process because thus is something I was reluctant to try.All I can say is, I wish I had just called them first! It is your home, I recommend my friends renew their roofs and extend the life of it. Less waste, more savings and more value.Thank you for a great experience!
