Back in 2016 I had my first son and boy was it a roller coaster ride. Suffering from PND and being a first time mum, I was exhausted, depressed and looking for help in any form. It wasn't my first option to send my son to childcare but it was the doctor's orders and thanks to him, I met this lovely, caring and extremely compassionate person that little did I know then, would have such a huge impact on our lives for 7 years and counting. ANNA!Anna is always be happy and cheerful (some would say quirky 😉) no matter what time of the day you enter the front door. No matter how many issues there are going on in the centre or how many kids are screaming and crying, she would always have a smile on her face. Anna has and continues to play a huge role in our lives. She knows when I'm having an off day and is always up for chat.7 years and counting, my second son and 3 neices also attend Starfish. My sister in law and I are already gearing up for the emotional days for when our kids finally close their childcare journey and we will no longer see this bunch of lovely people on a daily basis anymore.There are many childcare centres around this area and some would say that the fees are the most important, what the kids eat is the most important, cleanlinest is the most important and the list can go on forever, but once you find you're happy place for you and the kids, you'll feel it everyday- I definitely have!

Starfish Early Learning Centre - Springvale branch is not just a day care centre, it is a second home to my child.At the entrance, I would see Anna, the centre manager, greet every parent and child with a smile. Trang and Saranya ask how is my child's sleeping and eating pattern. They always see to it that my child is properly fed and update me on how his day went. Also, I am always delighted to learn about my boy's progress thru reading their journals and weekly wraps. At the end of the day, I pick up my child and see him happy and adjusted to his second home.Overall, I have observed that my kid has improved his communication and social skills when he started his education at Starfish Early Learning Centre. Their personal caring attitude and dedicated early educators are crucial in molding young children into well-mannered individuals. Thank you Starfish- Springvale!

Their genuine care for the children is evident in every interaction, and I've always felt reassured leaving my son in their capable hands.The environment at Starfish Springvale is nurturing and stimulating. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. My son is always excited to share stories about his day, from engaging educational activities to fun outdoor playtime with his peers.Communication with the staff has been excellent. They are proactive in providing updates on my son's progress and are always available to address any questions or concerns I may have.The curriculum is well-rounded and age-appropriate, helping my son develop essential skills while fostering his curiosity and creativity.Overall, my experience with Starfish Springvale has been overwhelmingly positive.
