Dallas was very friendly and welcoming. He broke down the plan for the day and came to follow up a few times with me on different movement, form, etc. He did it in a way that was informative and didn't make me feel dumb. He gave good tips and demonstrated movements to make sure I understood the assignment. Group classes give me mild anxiety and I overthink and compare myself to others. Crossfit also comes with an intimidating stigma for me and I didn't feel as out of place as I anticipated I would. I would absolutely attend another class coached by Dallas. The overall environment with those that attended the class was also positive and motivating.Today was my first time at a Crossfit gym. I was convinced to give it a try for a free week they have going on and am glad I did!
