Apparently medone care is impeccable the service is great Aaron does her job perfectly five stars for her ability. Ryan is a great RN nurse and knows what she's talking about and how to do it also to apply the trade. We contacted this company to help with my grandpa after he had surgery. Can not say enough great things about them. They made getting started easy, answered all of our questions, his questions, and had someone at his house the same day. He has nurses, a therapist helping him with starting walking again, and an aide that helps with showers and housework. Every one of them has been so patient and friendly and helpful. We were nervous about him being safe if we could not be there all the time or remembering what exercises to do and medicines to take when. They have made this a very easy return home for all of us. Thank you!

From the very beginning, Kaylee stood out for her compassion, empathy, and genuine understanding—especially as I shared the challenges I face living with a spinal cord injury.Kaylee is highly knowledgeable and clearly experienced in working with individuals who are paralyzed. She provided constant encouragement and affirmation during exercises, which made a real difference. We even discovered a new exercise I was able to perform successfully for several minutes—something I can now continue independently at home.She also made sure I’m set up with ongoing therapy twice a week, exactly what I was hoping for. That level of follow-through matters.After the session, I felt physically challenged but also encouraged and optimistic. Kaylee understands the insurance hurdles patients face and brings both professionalism and compassion to her work.I highly recommend Kaylee Lopez to anyone in need of occupational therapy through Med 1.

I have skilled nursing with Med1Care and I must say Ericka from the Findlay OH office is simply amazing! She always goes above and beyond! She took the time to learn about my condition and truly took her time with visits. She’s always very through. Honestly I don’t think you’ll find a better skilled nurse than Ericka.
