The team at Instant Nonprofit helped to guide our organization through a frustrating and confusing process to get our 501(c)3 status. Ours was a difficult case, in which a request for more information was never received in the mail and we had to consistently follow up through calls and faxes with our unresponsive assigned agent at the IRS. Taylor especially helped to keep us on track and to not lose hope that we would eventually resolve the issues, patiently and caringly answering every question that I and our team had along the way, and there were many! Given the complex and global nature of our organization, over this process it became extremely clear how important it was to be accompanied by a persistent, caring and knowledgeable team. I’m sure sometimes these things are smooth sailing, but when there are speedbumps it is best to have people that care and know what they are doing, and that is exactly what Taylor and her team at INP provided: knowledge, support and encouragement. Thanks to them we finally received our 501(c)3 and are excited to push forward heading into the next year!

In 2016 I was so overwhelmed with starting my nonprofit that I called them for help. I was new to the sector and really needed guidance and lots of questions answered. I was so glad to find out that Christian was still the CEO. He was the most helpful person that I had ever encountered. I'm so sure he did things for me that cost money but he never charged me he sincerely wanted to make sure my nonprofit was set up correctly and for that I'm so grateful because I'm still in business and going strong so thank you sooooooo much. Also the people that work for him is just as helpful OMG, Liz is amazing I'm so glad that she works for Instant Nonprofit because I had some questions about trademarks even though they could not help me they steered me to someone that could. I was a little nervous about diving into the process of obtaining a 501(c)(3). It can be a daunting task to go it alone, so I contacted Instant Nonprofit. Thank God I did. Liz Myers is amazing!
