I contacted APPRO appliance because the door of my washer wouldn’t open. The technician arrived and spent about 30 to 45 minutes thoroughly checking the machine. After inspecting it, he explained that there was no issue with the machine itself, but rather a problem with the water drainage, which turned out to be caused by an incorrect installation by the original installers. When I asked how much I owed, he said he couldn’t charge me as he hadn’t made any repairs. Called APPRO Appliance Repair for Maytag washer problem. Told technician Fuad that we live in high-rise & have stacked full-size washer & dryer unit in very small laundry closet. Washer is 10 yrs old & we had different repair company come out last year for different problem w/ washer. We always tell the repair company that 2 technicians are needed to come & move the large machines out of the laundry closet ... but 1 tech shows up & then tells us he can't do anything because it is a 2-persons job.
