Jose and his team completed a complete roof replacement, vinyl siding replacement, door installation and chimney repair on our multi family home in Malden. They were incredibly professional, timely and communicative throughout the project. We appreciated their transparency in pricing and flagging issues to resolve together as they arose throughout the project. Especially when working on a property with tenants, we appreciated his communication and predictability to minimizing disruption while still getting all aspects of the project done in a timely manner. Great experience working with Tyee Construction. They were professional, flexible, and very patient throughout the process. They worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything much smoother and less stressful on my end.The original aluminum siding was damaged, and they did an excellent job tying in the new vinyl siding so it blends in seamlessly. The quality of the work really shows.I’m very happy with the results and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
