These guys help me move today and they were really great once I booked through U-Haul they called me promptly to set up a time and date and then the day after they called to verify the time and day they came when they said that they were gonna come they were polite. They respected my property and I recommend to anyone in the Tri-Cities area.

I was really stressing about an upcoming move and only made the call to SmartMovers 2 days before my actual move date. They were very accommodating with the additional stop that I needed to make along the way to my new house. Packing the truck up was quick and efficient since they anticipated how much space they would need pretty well. It all went so smoothly that I don't know what I was stressing about!

“Moving is a very stressful time” is an understatement. I have had 2 previous moves with other companies. Both involved unexpected costs not disclosed by the companies. Smart movers knew what I needed to make the cost as economical and tailored to my needs. I specifically worked with Jacob. He was truly amazing. He was able to provide solutions for all my needs. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional, hard working and respectful gentleman. Anthony and Boen did an excellent job. They were worth every penny! From booking to delivery, the process was stress free, their customer service was stellar and communication was prompt and helpful.
