I first contacted Credit Law Center in 2022. At the time, I did not have the financial stability to tackle my credit fully. We did take care of a few things. Finally, in 2025 into 2026, my score increased enough to buy my mom's home so she can retire without any worry. There is no fast answer to credit. Like everything else in life, it takes work and time.When the house was in final stages, they saw that on my report and stopped every action before it blocked the sale/purchase. That really floored me, knowing they would rather protect the home transaction than collect funds from me and delete some items that would halt the home transaction process.

Credit Law Center promised me a full refund IN WRITING if the credit repair process was unsuccessful. After it was unsuccessful, I was told that I needed to wait for the "final audit". I waited for that and emailed repeatedly over the last few months but still have not received a refund. I was suspicious about whether I'd get a refund from the time I started asking about it, when my 'attorney' did not respond to my emails. Now it appears that the whole company is just a sham.

I had a very disappointing experience with Credit Law Center. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. It often took several days to get a response to messages, and sometimes there was no response at all. I felt like the company overpromised what they could do and ultimately underdelivered on expectations. Customer service and transparency are very important when dealing with something as serious as credit, and unfortunately this experience did not meet the standard I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.

I paid this company to help repair my credit and handle old debts that were affecting me. I was specifically told that these accounts would be taken care of.Despite that, I am still being contacted by debt collectors and am now dealing with legal action related to debts I believed were already resolved through their service.This situation has caused me a lot of stress and confusion, especially after trusting their assurances. I expected clear communication and real results, but that has not been my experience.

Really not happy with the service provided with this company. Paid for the Credit Armor credit report of $26.99/month and a $200 up front fee, and the communication was horrible, no one returned my calls, I would even call them back after receiving a call from them and leave a message and wait a day or two and call back and still to this day no call, no responses from emails, just automated emails talking bs about sending them certain items, which i did and still nothing. Just very disappointed in this service, next i will be writing the BBB and adding my experience there too. Been with them 3 months now, and the only score jump i received was due to me paying down my credit cards I already have. Please don't respond with your PC response, I've seen other reviews and know how you guys operate, I bet I get a quicker response here then I ever had being a client! !!!

I used these guys years ago. You pay for their credit monitoring services and then pay anytime they remove something from the reporting agencies. I had a few fallacious claims that had hurt my score and kept me from closing on a house. Within a year, i was the proud owner of a new home. I recommend.

I honestly can’t thank Credit Law Center enough. When I first reached out, I was overwhelmed and embarrassed by my credit situation, but they made me feel heard and gave me real hope. CLC helped me clean up old hospital bills and increase my credit score over 200 points in less than a year!!! You have to make sure to follow their recommendations, which also helped me build my husbands’ score, which was lower due to no active credit. We just bought a house and CLC played a big part in that happening!

They did help me out a bunch back in 2017-2018 but this time around they have failed to remove almost all claims, there capabilities seem to me a lot less legally then in the past and 2 violations we did come across, it took them almost a year to either try to address or file the suit just for them to ultimately not to take the case.They did help in some ways raise my score 100 points this time around so I can't complaint too much but I don't know if I'd recommend to anyone signing up with them again

Credit Law Center is one if the best decisions I have made for myself! Unfortunately I was never taught how to properly manage finances. I was left to basically figure it out on my own. I made some poor financial decisions that dug me in the ground. I was very careless with my money. As I matured I quickly realized how important it is to manage your finances. I made a call to Credit Law Center and hoped for the best. They don't just help you improve your credit, they educate you and give helpful financial advice! They answer ever single question and most importantly, they don't belittle you. They treat you like a human and don't judge your past bad financial decisions. They have gone above and beyond for me! Will not much I say can abt the service. Jason did great by us . But when we told them to stop payments. They sd they would reach out to there billing department. And we did and sd they couldnt refund us bk we told them almost a week ahead and the sd they would stop it. And didnt... so they will not refund me bk. And still have don't. So this is a problem.
