I have been waiting a bit to write this review. I wanted to get it right. I wanted to write some long winded prose of all that was done for us. I just don't have it right now. So, here it is. The romanticists in the 1800s had this BS philosophy that if humans just trust in their hearts, they will always do the right thing. Mine, and my proxy's, interactions with Speeds Towing from start to finish in a crisis I wish for no reader here to ever endure... From the owner Lloyd to every person was kindness, patience, listening, helpfulness, and so much more things. The driver, to the office staff, to the owner themself; we were treated as humans with a terrible situation confronting us. If you have ever been in an impossible situation looking for the simplest thing to hold onto, and it presents itself to you and all you can do is cry happy tears in that moment, then Speed's Towing may be the pony to pick in that race. To end cap this review, they gave their heart, and it gave us something to hold on to in an impossible situation. Please don't read others' misunderstanding or expectations of their own situation as a requiem for who these people are. They showed us who they are, They showed us when they had zero liability to. It was humbling. Thank you, Speed's team. You know who you are. Sleep well tonight. You all earned it.

On 7/19, at 6am, my son needed a tow in Portland at N. Maryland & Killingsworth (parked car stuck in reverse). He had called several local tow companies who all said they'd call back. None did. Son was having a melt down! I called Speed's and they jumped right on it. They said they would send someone NOW and call my son to let him know help was on the way. I hung up & drove to my son's location (15 mins away), and the tow guy was already there. The car's positioning was an issue, but the driver figured out a perfect solution and got my son's car safely home to Vancouver. That Tow driver, specifically, & Speed's towing, in general, were amazing in their care & response to my son's dilemma. The driver even had my son laughing at the end. Can't thank them enough for helping us that morning. Call Speed's Towing!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I used this towing company repeatedly over a two-month period as part of a project that involved helping someone transition out of a property they had called home for a long time. There were a lot of vehicles and equipment involved, and coordinating their removal was just one piece of a much bigger, emotionally charged situation.This crew bent over backwards for us. At one point I texted them at 6:00 pm needing multiple trailers, forklifts, and vans moved the very next day. They made it happen. They also handled the removal of inoperable trucks, forklifts, and a camper — the kind of heavy, complicated jobs that a lot of companies would balk at or drag their feet on. Not these guys.Beyond the logistics, they understood they were working around a person going through a hard time and handled the whole situation with quiet respect and professionalism. That matters more than most people realize.Over multiple calls across several weeks they were consistently easy to work with — responsive, on time, and never made things harder than they needed to be. When you're juggling a lot of moving parts, having a vendor you can count on without having to follow up or explain yourself twice is worth its weight in gold.If you need a towing company you can trust, these are your people. Amazing service and work, these guys were able to tow my Mustang with a dead motor and dead battery and park it into my garage 10 miles away at 3 in the morning!! it was a challenge, but the tow truck driver had a great attitude and was able to get it done I would recommend this company to anyone

Micah Ashton went above and beyond for me today. After getting in a bad accident, end of a long day. Ashton saved the day by getting to me within 10 minutes, helped me find an auto shop to go instead of impounding. As well as working with the worker of the shop and dispatcher to get a way for payment as I didnt have any. NOT ONLY THEN he took me home and was a super nice friend for me at the end of a rough day. Thanks to him I was able to get back with my family asap.

Mercury asked to bump my battery which I was convinced was flat. It was not, and we got my car going. Also checked my alternator was good - great service.
