Mike was the project manager and Carol was the first person I met before I decided we would have them redo our bathroom shower tile.. from start to finish, they were all so wonderful. I especially enjoyed working with Giovanni and Andrew. They did the tile work and were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and were great to communicate with. I had an amazing experience with Redd for an emergency AC service. My AC went out very late at night, and he still showed up around 2:00 AM to help us and was able to fix the issue.Despite the late hour, Redd was extremely polite, professional, friendly, and engaging. He took his time answering every question I had and explaining what was happening instead of rushing through the job. That level of customer service, especially in the middle of the night, is truly appreciated.Thank you so much, Redd, for your professionalism, patience, and dedication. Brandon quickly identified the cause of our roof leak and provided a fair estimate, same day. Two days later Chris and Gavin repaired the leak, with professional finish. Matched our shingle color, can't even tell a repair was made. I'll be calling True Roofers for any future repairs.

We reached out to True Plumbers for a main water leak we discovered after coming home from vacation. The person who assisted us was amazing and was able to schedule us immediately for same day service. Received a text with an image of Alex Cheeks our tech prior to arrival. Alex arrived was in time, very nice and professional. He was able to explain what he was able to do for us and what maybe needed in the future. He worked quickly. First time calling True a plumber and will call them again when needed. Highly recommended.

True Builders provided excellent service, high quality work, AND they helped us secure the necessary funds from the insurance company when we had unexpected water damage towards our house.
