True Builders is truly amazing. Redd and Abel installed my AC unit on 9/19/26. They were so professional, respectful, kind, and they did an outstanding job. The AC units are working perfectly, and they did an awesome job cleaning up. Redd helped me to set up my thermostat and showed me how to take care of my new system. I would highly recommend this company. Erica and Haley were also amazing. They followed up with appointments, permit details and other pertinent information. After this experience, I will definitely use their other services such as maintenance, plumbing and home repairs. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Donna

He came out to my condo at 7:00 p.m. on a Monday evening to help with a serious AC condensate line problem that was flooding my kitchen.Abel was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and considerate. He immediately put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and did a fabulous job resolving the problem. His calm and reassuring manner made a very stressful situation so much easier.Abel is a true asset to True Plumbing & AC, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had True Plumbers do a whole house replumb as our house had the old grey plumbing pipes, I believe they were called polyproprolene or something like that and they were known to burst with age. The two man crew went right to work.They replumbed the entire house, replaced the kitchen faucet, replaced 3 lavatory faucets and our electric hot water heater all in one day. They did a good job cleaning up when they were done.They made sure that all shut off valves were facing forward and easy to reach as were are elderly and it's difficult for us to get inside a cabinet in an emergency to shut off a valve. That's a big deal for senior citizens.I updated my review as it's been almost 4 years and Ive had no problems. I highly recommend True Plumbers.

I called to get service and they sent Chris out on the same day. He actually arrived earlier than the appointment time and was knowledgeable about what the issue was from the information I provided. Gave 2 scenarios of what it could be and had it fixed in a short amount of time with the less expensive option. I have used True Plumbers multiple times and will continue to call them for any issues. They are a wonderful team to work with.
