Installed a few years ago, Will never recommend this company. Install was postponed because material did not show when crew came. When installed, not roof not lined up with overhang on 2 of 3 sides. Had to reinstall. Had leaks they tried to fix and never could. Then stopped taking my calls to fix leaks. There were more issues but focused on major one. Leaking

We arrived home from a vacation to discover our aluminum non-insulated pan roof on our patio had detached from the covered patio after 23 years with no problems. We reached out to various area aluminum roof companies and went with True Aluminum because from the beginning, they excelled at communication and follow-up and their pricing was competitive. They also offered us the option of upgrading to an insulated roof for a reasonable price, so we opted to do that to add more options in the future and better resale value. We worked with Loy during the quote and follow-up process, and he was great about keeping it real and providing us honest and customer-focused solutions and attention. The team who arrived to install the roof were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very smooth installation. And throughout the whole process, Jennifer at the office would keep us in the loop on any updates or schedule changes, including the good news that our install would be moved up by a few weeks thanks to an unexpected schedule opening. We really appreciated that! We'd highly recommend True Aluminum to others. They are a company that approaches its work as if their customer is family. Had a leak in our Sunroom every time it rained. I had seen True Aluminum Trucks in different parts of my neighborhood in Lake Ashton, so gave them a call for a repair estimate. Setup an appointment within a week and repair was scheduled within another week. Finn Mackenzie was my repair man, and he was Very Professional and a Very Down To Earth Real Person To Talk With! He told me his plan to repair and fix my whole problem and afterwards ask if I had any questions or concerns. I found out pretty fast Finn was a Perfectionist! And That Was Really The Great Experience On My Part! All work was done and everything cleaned up just as if no one was ever there. So Great Job Finn and Thank You To True Aluminum! Excellent company! True Aluminum installed a screen system for our lanai. It was complicated with arches and a large area covered by an awning. From estimate to sitting in our screened area took about a week. Incredible!!! Chris and his team were so polite and respectful. It was actually fun to interact with them and have them at our home. I have used True for building, A/C, repairs, painting and now screening and have always had the best possible service and quality work. I would normally shy away from large companies, but they are just so much better than the competition, that I find it hard to justify going with anyone else. I can give no higher recommendation!

Garrett came to my location and gave estimate on insulating roof panels for aluminum roof. I also had some custom projects one of which was an aluminum roof made for our tortoise enclosure,which turned out better than my expectations. JJ & his assistant were very thoughtful/ courteous, answered all our questions, and kept us in the loop on every thing they were working on to ensure that we would be completely satisfied. We had our pool cage gutter swapped to a new 7inch super gutter. Most companies talked about how hard it was to do the job and because of that they charged a ridiculous amount. True Aluminum came in, knocked it out in a day and a half versus substantially less than other quotes. The work looks clean, they were respectful and cleaned up as they went. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with over the phone as well.

When I started I just going to replace 2 sliding screen doors. Because they were a coustom size, the cost was expensive and the fitting was tricky at best. I called True Aluminum and Chris was out in just a few days and gave me several options and broke up the estimates so I could easily select the work I wanted done. Chris had ideas that I never would have thought of and was a big help with NO sales pressure at all. A week later Finn and Arron were out to do the job and did a bang up job. They worked clean and gave me good advice on how to maintain the screen and the french doors so they would last. They cleaned up everything and then helped me string some lighting after they were done. Jennifer was checking with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy and the work was to my liking. Jennifer also helped me with my HOA needs and kept them off my back. True Aluminum is a 10 out of 10 company and I will use them when I do my front door. I got several estimates before I started the work and 1 of the companies came in cheaper but ya get what ya pay for and if you want your project to last you need to use good quality materals.
