True Plumbers came out and fixed our leaking shower. Randall Glass did an excellent job walking me through step by step of what was happening and consulting before completing a bigger job than expected. The shower looks better than before and now we have an updated shower with better pressure! We felt like True Plumbers listened to our concerns and were upfront and honest! We will definitely use True Plumbers again!

I had a situation with my toilet, which was admittedly getting old. The flush handle literally came off in my hand! Chris came to the rescue and installed a new toilet the very same day. He was very cordial and explained everything, and even took the time to acknowledge my beloved cat, who surprisingly enough didn't run and hide when an unfamiliar person was in the house. And last summer, Nick and CJ did an awesome job installing a new hot water heater. I am not sure what happened to that review as it seems to have vanished, but everyone has been first class and I highly recommend this company!

I have used True Plumbers twice now. Devin and CJ came to our house in November. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. Completed the repair with ease. Alex came to our house this week to fix a leak in the shower. He, too, was professional, polite and efficient. They all demonstrated excellent customer service which I very much appreciated as a customer. The response time from True Plumbers is amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They arrived quick, told me between 3pm to 5pm but arrived about 12:30pm. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and suggested their solution. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The only negative is when I setup the appointment they did not tell me there was a diagnostic fee if i did not do the repair.

Today, we needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced and CJ from True Plumbers came and did a great job with the replacement. He was neat and thorough and everything was completed in a short amount of time! He also gave us some helpful advice on another issue we had with our bathroom shower.CJ was very professional and helpful!At an earlier time, a few years ago, we had an issue with an old tankless water heater. We called True Plumbers late on a Friday and they came and helped us out. The heater needed to be replaced, but they were able to clear it out so we could use it until the replacement was available. They installed a new high efficient tankless gas heater and we are extremely happy with their responsiveness, professionalism and high quality of work. Chris and Omar were terrific!

Initially, there was some communication issues but Kayle contacted me and addressed my concerns. The service technician was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. Awesome experience with Mr.Alex Cheek today. Woke up to no water gave you guys a call and the lady on the phone(sorry I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and quick to get things moving for me. Mr. Alex got here in just a couple hours and had my place back up and running again in about 45 minutes. Also pretty good pricing. Was worried I'd have to cash in the savings but it ended up being a fraction of what I thought it would be. If I ever need a plumber again you guys will have my business without a doubt.
