Ryan and Jake arrived on time, and surveyed the issue with my dryer venting. They came up with a couple different options and recommendations, and estimated price on each. I chose their preferred retrofitting option. They started work immediately, and finished the same day. Considering the work that had to be done, the price was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend All Star Dryer Vent!

Used this service on 7/14/26 was over charged $113 for work that was not done ….called approximately 2 weeks ago for my refund as of this date Ryan has not responded to my texts and calls do not recommend using All star lack professional follow up or addressing my concern.called today still no response…please send me my refund ….insufficient space to write a complete review like I would like too...semi transparency on all stars part….. this was not the way I intended to reach out to you but you have not given me ant choice in this matter ..all other methods of communication have failed…I’m am not happy you did not live up to my expectations and were deceptiveJust in case you don’t realize it if you do not return or give me my refund, it’s called stealing and fraud I have the bill to prove itUPDATE FROM MY 1ST REVIEW:Ryan from All Star responded to my 1st review unfortunately he sent it while I sent the review ….his text was apologetic in getting back to me so late…he informed me that due to a family matter he was out of town …..and because of communication errors…. guess he was in an area where he could not get back to me right of way….he did promise as soon as he returned to Reno he would stop by and correct our misunderstanding ( which he did)…..I’ve been meaning to update my review but have been having my own circumstances that have needed my attention ….I recommended All Star and Ryan several weeks ago to my veteran friend …..DT who was pleased with Ryan’s service …and would recommend his service others …..the moral of the story….. miscommunication and bad cell service in areas where there is no service can definitely ruin your day ……

Ryan is very knowledgeable and professional. I just had my dryer serviced as components in the dryer were worn out because my dryer would take three hours to dry one load of laundry. My dryer was also full of lint because it did not have proper ventilation.I called All Star out to clean my vents and Ryan let me know that my condo had the wrong outside vent installed when it was built. I asked him to replace the outside vent with the proper vent and he cleaned out the vent shaft. Now my dryer takes LESS THAN AN HOUR to dry a load of laundry. Insane difference!I wish I had called All Star out sooner to fix this issue that the building inspector and my HOA missed.
