Highly recommend this scaffolding company. From the first time we spoke, Terry was professional, really helpful, and very easy to deal with.Their quote was by far the best value out of all the companies we contacted, and the service was excellent. They were incredibly quick and efficient and even offered to come out the same day. We needed a little more time to get everything ready, so they happily arranged to come the following day instead. There was a small issue with the height of the scaffolding at the back, but this was actually due to a miscommunication on our side with one of our staff, rather than anything they had done wrong. Once we spoke to Terry and explained the situation, they were very understanding and managed to get everything sorted for us, which we really appreciated.Overall, a great team — reliable, efficient, reasonably priced, and very easy to communicate with. Terry in particular was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Really happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Five Oaks put up a complex scaffold over our end-terrace house, spanning a plastic roof between us and the neighbours' house, and working over a glass-roofed conservatory. They erected and dismantled the scaffold with great care, even though some parts were standing in our front garden, which was almost unmarked when they left. I climbed the scaffold myself to inspect the roofing work that was done, and it felt solid and safe. They were punctual and polite. Recommended.

The team at Five Oak responded the same day I contacted them, as the works were urgent. Within a few hours, they were on site, installed the scaffolding efficiently, and left without any issues. The service was prompt, professional, and the level of customer service provided was very good.

I recently had the pleasure of using Five Oaks Access Scaffolding, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided. From the very first phone call, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand my requirements and offered clear advice, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.The scaffolding was installed promptly and to a very high standard. The team on site were courteous, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work, ensuring everything was safe, secure, and neatly presented. What really stood out was the affordability. The pricing was very competitive without compromising on quality, which is something that can be hard to find.Overall, a superb experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Five Oaks Access Scaffolding to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and cost-effective scaffolding services

2025-08-26T06:25:18.680Z

All good. Fair price. Good communication. Were there when they said they would be. Helped liaise with council. Scaff went up and down no problems. Would use again.

Terry turned up to assess the job (unlike many scaffolders who simply ask for a photo). He fully discussed what would be needed to access the various points. On the day of errection turned up on time and completed the job very professionally, I was impressed. Competitive price. A genuine man and would recommend without hesitation.
