I usually don’t post reviews but I just had to share how amazing the food was! Me and my kids came here to try the fried chicken and jerk chicken gyro and EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection, we started fighting over the food hahaha. This is definitely my new go to spot!!

So far, I’ve had a very good experience at Chicken Spot in the Bronx. The mixed platter has been delicious, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is attentive and welcoming.There are a few areas that could be improved. The venue is quite small, so it can become crowded quickly when customers are ordering or waiting for their food. The staff could organize the waiting area better by directing customers who have already ordered to stand in a designated location. This would make the ordering and pickup process smoother, especially during busy hours.Also, the person taking orders could be a little more informative when explaining the dishes, particularly to first-time customers. Clearly explaining portion sizes, ingredients, available options, and any limitations before the order is placed would help avoid confusion and improve the overall customer experience.Overall, this business seems well-intentioned and genuinely interested in growing and serving its customers well. The food has been great, and with a few improvements to organization and communication, the experience could be even better. I definitely recommend giving Chicken Spot a try!

The Jerk Chicken Gyro has excellent flavor and the cheesecake is amazing!!! Excellent Customer Service!! This was my first time in the Bronx and I kept revisiting because it was sooooooo good!!!

I’ve gone twice now ordering the whiting fried fish and bbq wings w/fries.My biggest complaint is the condiments, Kraft dressing, tartar sauce etc. It’s not special.Second complaint will be the flavor profiles. They aren’t bad but they aren’t for everyone. To me the bbq wings were too sweet. And the whiting fish batter wasnt super flavorful.Overall I gave it a 4 for being edible, hospitable and certainly a step up from Crown Fried.

I walked in there and the energy was instantly high and comforting. I got the jerk chicken plate and it was 100/10 I recommend getting anything from here!!! Definitely coming back more often

I saw everyone giving 5 stars so I was curious to see the turn out. Let me tell you!!!! The food was SO good and the place was so clean and aesthetic. You can tell every recipe was hand crafted and intentional. The owners were so kind and looked like they were genuinely happy and excited to serve the community. This is my new go-to spot. I couldn’t recommend a place more.

The jerk gyro 10/10 perfectly messy and saucy and spice great jerk!!! The tres leches!!!!! To dieeeee for like is this biscoff tres leches omg the biscuitssssssss you can’t go wrong wait do yall deliver???? This place will please all my pregnancy craving!!! Great food great service clean the employees are all so nice!!! The boss gave me a free biscuit to try and when I tell you Popeyes and Kennedy ain’t got ishhhh on em I promise 10/10
