Update: I’m changing my review to five stars because Jump HVAC reached out personally and made this right.Brian was extremely nice, and the actual repair work was done correctly. My condensate pump had failed and overflowed, and he came out that evening, diagnosed the issue, set up a temporary drain so I could safely run the AC, then returned the next morning to install the new pump and properly wire the overflow safety switch. Everything has worked correctly since.My original concern was communication and price. I paid $507 for the repair and was given the impression during the diagnosis that I needed a more specialized/low-profile pump that couldn’t simply be picked up locally that evening. What was ultimately installed was a standard Asurity condensate pump. Had I understood that more clearly beforehand, I likely would have made a different decision about paying $507 for the repair.After I posted my original review, BJ personally reached out to discuss what happened. He listened to my concerns, worked through it with me, and ultimately issued a $175 price adjustment, bringing the final cost down to $332. I think that was a fair resolution, also a very professional one.The biggest takeaway I would give Jump is simply to make sure technicians clearly explain what failed, what is actually being installed, and what alternatives the customer has before approving a significant repair. The work itself was good. My issue was never with Brian personally or the quality of the repair.I appreciate BJ taking the concern seriously and making it right. That kind of follow-through matters, and I’m happy to update my rating accordingly.

I was quoted almost $3k by a different company to do a "deep clean" on my evaporator coils on my 2 year old AC. I got a second opinion from Jump HVAC. All I needed was normal regular maintenance and not some crazy expensive repair! The technician that came to my house, Emily, earned my business for a long time!

I selected this company at random because they were able to get to me fastest (next day), and the problem with our AC unit was fixed so quickly. when I asked if there was anything we could have done to maintain it to not to have this issue again, he was super honest with us about our old unit and said he didn't want to sell us anything we don't need.
