I had an emergency for my friend's house I was housesitting and I was completely panicked. It was a weekend. It was late. I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and possibly my first born to have someone just get out there to tell me the irreversible damage I may have caused to the HVAC system....luckily I found this company and they were incredibly understanding of my circumstance and they didn't talk to me like anything was my fault or I did anything wrong. They assured me they could fix the MINOR issue (thank GOD) but I feel if it was something more serious, I would trust them to handle everything for me. Our 20+ yr old A/C went out 3 mos ago. With a similarly aged furnace, we sought out 3 installers for info on equipment options & pricing. I ask lots of questions in order to make an informed decision, beyond mere cost. We also thought it a good time to investigate connecting a main floor register located in our front room that the builder of our home had overlooked when built, 30 yrs ago. Jump HVAC’s owner,BJ, promptly met w/us & explained their equipment features, as well as their recommendation involving cutting out a length of our finished bsmt ceiling, to expose & run a 15 ft duct from register to downstairs furnace, subsequently re-Drywalled & painted. This was quite a project in itself. Adam did the work, and all came out very nice, making quite an improvement in both heating & cooling of our much used front room. Evaluating the lacking effectiveness of our outmoded add-on humidifier, we further decided it was a good time to upgrade to a new, Aprilaire steam humidifier system, that integrated well with the new Ecobee smart thermostat & variable speed Bryant HVAC system. We’d also decided to replace the hot water heater that was w/in a yr or two of the end of its life. We ended up with a very nice HVAC system, that operates beautifully, and no doubt saved us money due to greater efficiency, as well as in comparison with replacing components piecemeal. Alot of work was involved, and though not cheap, Jump was very competitively priced. I preferred going w/a smaller, family owned company & dealing directly with the owner with an honest work ethic & patience to address all of our concerns. Less

BJ installed my AC last summer the same afternoon I called. He was able to fix my problem, explain the system in my Condo. He also was able to show me how hard my balcony AC was working by using a thermal sensor and explain that it was in its last years and had overheated. After 21 years, we finally were forced to replace: 2 a/c condensers, 2 furnaces and 2 water heaters for our Parker, CO home. The first to go was water heater #1 about 3 years ago. We limped on water heater #2 until it went out just last week. Our basement furnace was overflowing water/condensation from the back when running the a/c. Both HVAC systems were severely rusting and aged. Home components don’t last forever so we figured it was time to hold our noses and prepare for financial Armageddon in replacing our needed home appliances. In one of our local magazines, we saw an ad for Jump HVAC with some attractive financing offers. I called and Emily answered. I explained our situation. Emily was courteous, professional and genuinely cared. She setup an appointment for the next morning at 9AM with BJ. BJ appeared on time right at 9. BJ was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and sympathized with our situation. BJ examined all of our failed/aging appliances to assess all of our options, i.e., either repairs or replacement. He spent 1 1/2 hours at our home. After consulting with BJ on the pros and cons of repairing what appliances we could, we decided to replace everything. We had a budget in mind of around $40K to $50K (we didn't advertise this to BJ). BJ stated he'd get us the best pricing possible. He came in many thousands below our lowest budget number. He also got us an extra $3,000 rebate available for old systems because our 2 old HVAC systems were the old R22's (which are no longer serviceable). The very next morning, Adam and John from Jump HVAC arrived at around 8:50AM. BJ arrived about an hour after. The entire job was complete within 2 full days (including re-plumbing correctly for 2 water heaters and bringing that plumbing up to code by adding an expansion tank). Since wife and I are now empty nesters (just us in a 5,500 sq. ft. house), we only replaced 1 water heater since we don't need 2 but Jump plumbed for 2 in case we eventually need water heater #2 again.
