We called Jump HVAC when our AC went out following a renovation. It turns out there was an error made in our electrical upgrade by our contractors. Brian, our technician, identified the issue immediately and waved the service call. Once the electrical issue was addressed, we called them back immediately for our yearly service (our first time using them). They identified a couple of issues, addressed them immediately, and our system works better than new. They are honest, ethical, knowledgeable and went above & beyond to resolve any issues. They also keep you deeply informed throughout the process. It is super easy/streamlined to book an appointment, pricing is more than fair, they're local and they seem to really care. We are so impressed by their customer service...they could have charged us for the first visit as the technician did come out...instead they waved it as no work could be done without the electrical issue addressed (all this for a first time customer). This thoughtfulness, consideration and professionalism has made us life long customers! Also, Brian's kindness, knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend. Jump HVAC knows how to treat and take care of their clients.
