Jim Eagen is the best property manager I've ever worked with! I'm such a nervous/anxious person and when I first approached him, he was very transparent about the market as well as addressing my goals. He is extremely honest and isn't trying to sell customers something for his gain only. I was very new to the idea of using Padsplit and he was the one that informed me about this co-living platform. I will advise clients to always do their own research, however Jim is extremely knowledgeable, hands on, and communicative which makes the process very easy. I would highly recommend Limestone Investments and believe that they are very trustworthy and have the client's best interest in mind.
