I ordered a large 19 letter balloon Happy Birthday Carson!! It was a huge statement for a surprise birthday ski trip. When we walked in our Airbnb It had been placed perfectly! I gave the owner Jeff access to the airbnb before we arrived to deliver & set the foil ballon's up. He sent me photos before he left. It was exactly what i was expecting!! Very professional, reliable & quality service and balloons. Thanks for a great experience!

This balloon column (barber pole 💈) really grabbed people’s attention and looked great in the pictures for my barbershop’s ribbon cutting event! Speaking with the owner to explain what I wanted and when I needed it was easy and the delivery was exactly as expected with no issues. I’m really happy with my balloon order and I highly recommend Locally Twisted to anyone that is looking to add a fun visual pop to an event!

So easy to book. Even on short notice. Wendy was amazing! She brought our 4 year old a Lego Minifigure balloon and handled a room full of tiny humans with wild request. Would definitely recommend her!

Lovely balloon display, excellent balloon twisting into all kinds of interesting animals and shapes and provided too a really talented face painter for our event. Very fun!

I’m so sad! We LOVED this little balloon store, we used them for my father in laws birthday. We met the owner it was amazing. However our most recent experience there was not so fun, we were planning my sons birthday and stopped by to see what we could do and the lady working in the store was so unkind and lacked professionalism. She said they were very limited on what they could do and quoted me an astronomical price for 7 balloons with air, nothing fancy. We ended up leaving and going to another store because I was so disappointed. Our first experience was so positive and fun but the girl working there was not so enjoyable.
