It took me a while to do this review but I will do it in the most high way possible. My wife and I went with our friends and my 2-year-old son. My friends moved to the playground with the children while I was waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes in line under the sun. At a time when we wanted to take a group photo, I asked one of the people to take care of my place and that I was going to be back. When I came back everything is normal. At no time did I notice the prints. When it was our turn, because they didn’t have the stamp in hand, they refused to attend to us. Many people behind us did have the stamp. They were so sharp and rude. Both the girl and the boy. In the end, what bothered me the most was that we had to beg them to make a figure for us and only the boy got to give us a bag of leftover balloons. What a disastrous and painful experience. I’m sorry for the company but I’m sorry, they represent it.

I went with my friends to an event in West Jordan. How sad how they were treated. I’m a witness that they waited 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting in the queue. There were so many people behind them that they did have a stamp and they didn’t go to take some family photos.

Staff without criteria. They are so sharp and strict that they did not use their criteria and it was not difficult for them to be kind to one. Terrible service.

They have no criteria. It was with my little daughter and they refused to attend to me. They were tough and sharp even though it doesn’t take them 1 minute to make a balloon.

Bad experience in the event on West Jordan Easter. The 2 guys didn’t put a stamp on our hand because we left the queue for a while to go take the photo as a family. When they came back, they were rude to us and it didn’t make sense that people who were behind us had the stamp. Unfortunately, they did not use their criteria. We waited more than 1 hour for them to give us the balloon to our son. In the end they gave us balloons that were left over in a derogatory way.
