Our fur baby Tai, 13 year old Staffordshire had been unwell and hadnt done a poo for a couple days. He was still alert and moving around but very slowly eating and peeing we just knew he wasnt his normal happy jumpy self. So to save us a trip to the vet or emergency clinic which Tai does not like but loves the car rides. I had GetVet come to our home where Tai felt most comfortable.Cherry the Vet done a very thorough check over for pain, lumps, dental and stools also making Tai feel so much at ease and myself aswell. She gave me some advice on helping Tai's digestive system, few hours later he finally had a poo.Overall I would recommend having GetVet come to your home. Not only do they care for your pet they reassure you at the same time. You also get to be in the comfort of your own home which i loved and the price was way less than what I expected. I would've paid twice the amount if we went to our local Vet.

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dr Cherry Chan 2 weeks ago, when our girl Loki was quite unwell. She took her time with our nervous girl, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. And went through all options available. I was able to send updates between visits, and Dr Cherry even checked in with me numerous times to see how Loki was travelling with her treatment plan. Today Dr Cherry came for our check up, and finally got to see our Loki in all her chaotic glory and discuss next steps.I’ve never dealt with a mobile vet before, and I am absolutely amazed at the service and care provided by GetVet. And will recommend their services in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Dr Cherry from Get Vet was absolutely amazing when she came to my home to help me say goodbye to my beautiful 18yo little Lara.She was so gentle, compassionate and understanding, and made my heartbreaking experience as peaceful as possible. Being able to have Lara at her home, in her own familiar surroundings, surrounded by love, meant so much to me.Dr Cherry treated Lara with such kindness and gave me the time and space i needed to say goodbye. I will always be grateful for the care she showed my precious little girl. She even offered to help me bury her in a special spot I had made in my garden.Thank you, Dr Cherry, for making one of the hardest moments of my life a little easier. ❤️🐾

When I contacted Cherry after noticing my dog had developed infections behind his ears, she responded promptly and came out to assess him.Cherry’s attention to detail was exceptional, and it was immediately clear that she genuinely cares about the animals she treats. Dr Bryson attended my place on the weekend with Tommy the staffy suffering a severe allergic reaction and infection. Communication was prompt and polite.When Bryson arrived he made Tommy and myself feel very comfortable straight away. After examining Tommy the options for treatment were thoroughly advised. I was also given extra informatipn for ongoing care with Tommy's allergies I had not received in 2 and a half years of clinic visits. Bryson has followed up with myself to see how Tommy is recovering also.Cannot recommend highly enough, prompt service in the comfort of your own home, everything was discussed thoroughly, Dr Bryson is a weath of knowledge and information and takes the time to go through everything. I will definitely be using again.

Highly recommend Dr Cherry and Get Vet!When I noticed blood in my cat's urine on a Sunday, I was worried about having to pay expensive after-hours emergency vet fees. I submitted an online request around midday and, within an hour, had an appointment confirmed for 2:45pm that afternoon.Dr Cherry kept me updated on her arrival time and let me know she was running slightly behind due to traffic, arriving around 3pm.She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. My cat was comfortable with her straight away, and even my dogs seemed to love her! She carefully explained what might be causing the problem, discussed treatment options, and was very transparent about costs for any additional tests or medications.The call-out fee was fantastic value at only $100 plus travel, especially for a Sunday home visit.After conducting a urine test, Dr Cherry followed up within 24 hours with the results and useful information about my cat's condition. She even checked in again the next day to see how things were progressing.The whole experience was professional, convenient, and stress-free. Thank you, Dr Cherry!
